Kalamata olives

According to the traditional recipe, we marinate the Kalamata olive for at least 5 to 6 weeks in extra-virgin olive oil in order to obtain an almost candied olive. A subtle exchange takes place between the olive oil and the olive.

 

You will appreciate it as an aperitif and can taste its oil with bread.
