Our green olive paste is made from the finest Chalkidiki olives. Thanks to a family and artisanal process, the pure olive is crushed and then sieved to remove the skin and stone.
Ideal for your fishes, poultries and fresh cheeses.
Storage conditions : keep in a cool and dry place. Keep refrigerated after opening for 10 months. A white thin layer yeast may form. This is a yeast flora that forms naturally on the surface of the preparation and inside of the non-immersed jar. This flora is a normal corollary process of the fermentation, it is completely harmless and does not affect the preservation. The product is not pasteurised in order to keep all its taste and aromas.
