Made especially for you, it combines 01 Olive Oil with the sweetness of Petimezi Balsamic: an unbeatable Greek duo that goes perfectly with all your seasonal salads.
Our balsamic, voted Best Of by Gourmet Sélection 2019, is made from balsamic vinegar aged for 5 years in oak barrels, to which we add our petimezi (pot-roasted currant must).
As for our Olive Oil 01, harvested from green olives, it goes equally well with crudities, steamed vegetables, savory cakes or burrata.
Combined in a simple, uncluttered box in the colors of Greece, it’s ideal for special occasions.
