Our – historic – cuvée 02 is a single variety extra virgin olive oil made from riper fruit than the 01, harvested in December.
In the kitchen, it’s the perfect addition to fresh pasta, grilled meat and fish, marinades and vinaigrettes, cheese, homemade bread and even hummus.
