The real Greek salad

Cut the tomatoes into pieces and then the cucumber into slices. Finely cut the peppers using a mandolin and do the same with the red onions. Place all the ingredients in a bowl. Season with a drizzle of olive oil, a little balsamic and lemon juice and mix. Arrange in soup plates. Add a pinch of pyramid salt and crumbled oregano as a finishing touch. For a Greek-style presentation, place the feta cheese in a single slice on top of the salad. Season with salt and pepper. Here you are in Greece!
