This fruit – so precious – is carefully harvested by hand, at perfect ripeness, thanks to meticulous passings over each of our trees. After this meticulous harvest, only the most perfect olives are selected. These culinary gems are then crafted according to traditional recipes, known only to Uncle Aris.
You’ll love our Kalamata or Chalkidiki olives, in oil or in their natural state, whole or in the form of spreads.
