From an inital developement into a restaurant business, we gradually developed a range for the general public. As our family produces only one type of olive oil, we traveled through the Peloponnese in search of small quality producers. After several months of research, we managed to create a range of 4 extra-virgin olive oils selected and sponsored by great chefs.
These olive oils are present at the table of numerous Michelin-starred restaurant. In collaboration with famous French chefs we developed food-oil agreements.

In early 2013, we developed the Kalios range of olive oils in partnership with three double-starred Belgian chefs.
