Following the traditional recipe for our Kalamata olives in oil, we marinate our olives for eight weeks in our Kalios extra virgin olive oil to obtain an almost candied olive.

Our Kalamata olives in olive oil are perfect for aperitifs, and can be enjoyed with bread or for dressings.

Our olives contain no preservatives or additives, and are preserved in oil or brine. Uncle Aris is in charge of the various preparation processes, following a recipe handed down from generation to generation.
