Vintage 01 – November harvest, made from the youngest olives. The perfect match for seasonal salads, steamed vegetables and burrata!

Vintage 02 – December harvest, made from ripe olives. The perfect accompaniment to fresh pasta, meat, grilled fish and hummus.

Vintage 03 – January harvest, made from the ripest olives. It will bring out the best in your white fish and pastries.
