Our Kalamata black olive paste is made from carefully selected Kalamata olives.
Using a family process handed down for more than 8 generations, the pure olives are sieved to remove the skin and pits.
You’ll really savor the authentic taste enhanced by our olive oil.
Ideal on toasted pita bread, with all types of meat, hard cheeses and fish.
Storage instructions for Kalamata black olive paste: store in a cool, dry place. Keep in a cool place for 10 months after opening. A white layer of film-forming yeast may form. This is a yeast flora that forms naturally on the surface of the preparation and on the unsubmerged walls of the jar. This flora is a normal process corollary to fermentation, is completely harmless and does not affect preservation. The product is not pasteurized to preserve all its taste and aroma.
