Our green olive paste is made from carefully selected Chalkidiki olives.
Using a family recipe handed down for 8 generations, the olives are sieved to remove the skin and pit.
You’ll appreciate its sweetness and freshness on the palate.
Ideal for fish, poultry and fresh cheeses.
Storage recommandations : Store in a cool, dry place. Keep refrigerated and consume within 10 months of opening. A white layer of film-forming yeast may form. This is a yeast flora that forms naturally on the surface of the preparation and on the unsubmerged walls of the jar. This flora is a normal corollary of fermentation, is completely harmless and does not affect preservation. The product is not pasteurized to preserve all its taste and aroma.
