According to the traditional recipe, we marinate the Kalamata olive for a minimum of 5 to 6 weeks in our Kalios extra virgin olive oil to obtain an almost candied olive.

You will appreciate it as an aperitif and can reuse its oil to prepare good small dishes in the kitchen.

The jar contains 2kg net drained Kalamata olives + 1L of Kalios 02 olive oil. This format allows us to offer you a more advantageous price per kilo (22€/Kg) and more ecological.
