Our Kalamata dried figs are hand-picked from July to October, and sun-dried in Greece before being assembled into a pretty crown.

They are soft and slightly sweet, with delicious notes of caramel.

When eaten like this, they’ll give you the energy you need for a sports session!

In the kitchen, they rehydrate, making them the perfect addition to a lamb sauce, foie gras confit or sweet and savoury cakes.
