Behind our tomato sauce are Irène and Vasilis, a couple of producers with a love of good produce and ingredients, with whom we collaborate to bring you the very best of the Greek terroir.
To preserve the freshness and quality of our ingredients, our tomato sauce is pasteurized. No additives, preservatives or added sugar are used in our manufacturing process. We give priority to local ingredients and respect the seasonal nature of our products.
